Myself and my partner had been dreaming of landscaping our backyard for years. We requested a loan top up through multiple mortgage brokers and were turned away. We found that none of these mortgage brokers actually took the time to listen to us and appreciate our situation. We were probably too much work for them for not enough reward. My last hope was Brad Whitford from Discovery Financial Services. I made contact with him late one evening and he replied within half an hour and asked me to give him a call. Brad really listened to us and asked a lot of questions about our situation to get a very good understanding of our financial position. Brad went over and beyond to secure our loan top up when other mortgage brokers told us it was impossible. He was outstanding with his communication throughout the entire process.
